Mark came to investigate rodent noises I was hearing from my house roof and walls. Mark performed a walk around of my property, inspecting both the sub-floor and roof cavity. He pointed out the issues and advised on the necessary actions required to prevent pests from occurring on my property. Mark walked me through the treatment he was planning, described the time required for the treatment to work, and advised on any risks to humans and pets. Very impressed and satisfied with Mark’s service. Mark was very professional; he responded immediately when I rung him and came to my house as he said he would within an hour. He inspected the roof, diagnosed the situation (rat infestation) and explained the treatment method (bait). He also shared that the treatment will take care of this infestation and ten more times if it were to reoccur (impressive!). He patiently answered my questions and concerns as I have two dogs at home and was worried for their safety. Mark also went above and beyond and cleaned out a clogged part in the valley in my roof which he discovered. Mark came over to my house as I had scratching noises in the roof. He had a good look and advised there were most likely rodents and to setup bait stations outside the roof. Didn't charge for the visit and also provided some useful information to keep the pests away. The bait stations worked and the noises disappeared in 2 days. Rarely find such genuine people nowadays.
